Attorney Tammy E. Peden received
a B.A. from Texas Southern University, Houston, Texas. She received
a J.D. from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law in
2002, Magna Cum Laude.
Attorney Peden has been involved in
personal injury and automobile collision cases for over ten years.
Licensed by the Texas Department of Insurance since 1991, she has
successfully negotiated insurance claims for both State Farm and Allstate
insurance companies. Her experience includes first and third party
automobile liability and property casualty claims.
Her experience includes personal and commercial automobile injury,
as well as homeowner and commercial property injury claims including slip
and fall, dog bites, assault, battery and boat claims.
An honor graduate of
Thurgood Marshall School of Law, Attorney Peden held many distinguished
clerk positions, including, valuable experience as a clerk for now Texas
Supreme Court Justice Michael Schneider while he served on The State of
Texas, First Court of Appeals. She
also served as a clerk with the United States Bankruptcy Court, as well as
with United States Trustee Region 7.
